Chemical Procurement for adults

Hermes_Trismegistus - 28-11-2003 at 00:16

I couldn't beleive the postings aboutt "the Chemistry store"

they aren't a front, the public gets irritated when gov't supplies drugs to illicit chemists!

they are just trying to make a buck, they don't care if you are a little shady, as long as you pay, and as long as your purchases don't come back to bite them on the ass!!!

clearinghouses operate on the simple premise...don't sell stuff...don't get paid!

the law says that as long as they couldn't be "REASONABLY" aware that their wares were being diverted for illegal means....they can't be prosecuted.

they just try to weed out stupid, obvious criminals and kids...from there on they just meet reporting legislation and let the DEA figure it out from there...

don't sweat it, just be NORMAL!!!

NORMAL CHEMISTS TALK ABOUT DRUGS, BOMBS AND POISONS IN THEIR DAILY CONVERSATIONS... LIKE DAYCARE OPERATORS TALK ABOUT CHILD PORN

SELDOM!!!....AND NEVER WITH STRANGERS!!!

don't be a samosa

dress more normal than normal

dress as if you were going to church....with your grandmother.... and you were twelve....and grandma liked to slap you for acting stupid!

go in, right to the counter, nobody browses in a chemical supply house.

know what you want, how much it costs, what grade you want, what its used for! USE SCIENTIFIC PHRASES!, but DON"T

(I repeat) DO NOT volunteer information you arent asked for!

be willing to present ID if they ask for it, look people in the eye, Wait patiently for your order to be filled.

be polite, no chitchat, don't crack jokes or make small talk. be alert, don't try and act bored and blase about it.

I know..easier said than done

so go in a couple times and buy innocuous lab stuff...like a partial immersion thermomoter and observe how other people act.

if you see someone acting really friendly, he either knows the owner for years, or is being a heatbag!

if you are very young or look very young don't even bother trying to buy stuff.

if you order online, don't use stupid phoney names, order to a good friends (insulation), don't order suspicious chemicals together or to the same friends.

Don't use a phoney company name unless you have a business licence, a history of paying taxes....etc....etc.

Be normal, be cool

chemists are generally courteous, polite, but serious and reserved

they will ask you questions like (do you have an account with us) say no....don't begin to chatter

treat the teller/counter person like your uncle treats the kid at the autoparts store

don't try to make a buddy, don't be anything but polite.....

Strike got 8 years lately as I remember and the rollup of his SA (science alliance) company brought trouble to at least 60 people who had been so stupid to believe in the fairy tale of "good" sources.

Make your chems from scratch and discover the miracle that as soon you have learned how to do this you will find a source for this chemical and you dont need to make it by yourself anymore.
How this comes?
Magic.

Go to EBAY.
never buy anything suspicious or even only hinting to suspicious interests. Contact sellers of interesting stuff by email - check them out before, sellers of chemical related stuff only are a nono. People who sell obviously everything they get their hands on - thats what you are looking for. Buy some stuff yourselve at EBAY, nothing special, just to be not a "blank" as the seller will check your profile also. Ask if he has more of this XXX to sell or perhaps other related stuff he doesnt want to put up in EBAY because of the known problems. If he supplies you with a big list at once - forget him. This works slowly and on trust and it works perfectly.

Gladly this needs some social skills and some patience so this source is also told open here useless for the maniacs as they lack always one of these skills - mostly both.

For Samosa ;) and all others:
This is the way it is done. This is the way you can get basically everything - not tomorrow but in three month for sure.

Actually this is the "hottest" source imaginable.

Dont go to chemical supply houses except you have somebody known there who "brings you in". This has by no way to be a chemist - more ppl are buying there on a regulary basis - open eyes and ears and you WILL find someone around yours - usually someone you never would have thought of.

Gotta give the man a Little respect eh?

I have limited info on E-Bay but found selection to be limited to be polite about it.

And yes, Strike did get touched by the police. If only he had followed more of his own good advice. It shows what happens when you try to be a kingpin!

Also Its hard not to attract a reputation while publishing books y'know!

Still, he operated over 27 years with good results, all the while being hunted in what must be the strictest and most frightening of states to be a clandestine chemist in.

Some (the authorities) credit him and his advances and advice with creating one of the nations "worst", clandestine lab situations.

TRUTH NOW! how long would we have lasted playing the hand he played?

Long Live Strike the fallen!

no disrespect intended

there are almost always two sides of the coin to look at.

I respect Strike also I have seen this Dateline interview.

Btw, he fell because of working with a mexican cartel which had already tortured an DEA-agent to death - thats a really bad choice in my eyes. And not because of the HIVE and his books and his company.

True respect includes critics or it is worthless.

And last not least - Strikes books are on manufacturing drugs which is not what this board is for. This board is for amateur experimentalism with a mainpoint on chemistry - this is something completely else by the idea standing behind it also certain procedures and questions may be similar.
Here things are done because of interest in the reaction, the HowTo - not the product for recreational use by oneself or others.

Reading this thread makes me glad I had my chemistry lab back in the late 70's/early 80's when acquiring chemicals wasn't quite so paranoid. Nowadays an overzealous cop can ruin your life, even if you aren't making illegal substances. I got my reagents from a chemical recycling outfit in Oakland; the owner didn't care what you did as long as he didn't know about it. He eventually got busted for not reporting a methylamine sale to the DEA in the required period of time.
The problem with making all your own chemicals: making things like methyl sulfate or diethyl ether is dangerous, tedious and ultimately boring. (IMHO)
