hi , what is the (industrial) total synthesis of molecule icaridin (picaridin) ? Is a synthetic insecticide

You apparently misread. :P It is an insect repellent, Autan I believe is the brand name used in Europe (but there are still DEET-containing formulations branded as Autan).

As for a synthesis, how about trying to search for the patents assigned to Bayer (now LANXESS)?

I would imagine by treatment of the free amine with di-sec-butyl dicarbonate (analogue of t-BOC anhydride).

Actually, sec-butyl chloroformate is what they apparently use.
