I've looked up and down all over the internet about this chemical, even Alfa's msds doesn't tell me.
Is 1-(3-Trifluoromethyl)phenylpiperazine polar? Or non polar?

Ehh yes, it is pretty friggin' polar! By the way, why would that info be submitted into a msds?

This should have been asked in the beginnings section. Did you draw the molecule? Estimate the net dipole?
