Is emulsifier the word you intended using---an emulsifier produces an oil-in-water mixture called an emulsion. . .

Tar water is mixed into water which is turned into steam in the sauna. But I want to know if what are the following procedure that can be take in
order for us to mix also a tar and water? Because I don't have any idea on what is its trade name of it.
