Discontinued AIR FORCE MIL-DTL-32103 EXPLOSIVE, PLASTIC-BONDED, CAST AFX-757 - it's old, unclassified project, explosive rivets, bolts whatever. I'm not sure. Search engines' your friend.

I searched for it on Google, but could find only a few references to it in other publications, mostly indexes of documents, on U.$. military websites.

AIR FORCE MIL-DTL-32103 CONT. DIST. EXPLOSIVE, PLASTIC-BONDED, CAST AFX-757

You may have to pay for a copy.

A quick check of the obvious source sez AFX-757 "an extremely insensitive explosive" is used in :— small diameter
bomb 250lb GBU-39/B, JASSM missile 2000lb AGM-158,
thermobaric penetrator bomb 2000lb BLU-121A/B, and
penetrator bomb 5000lb BLU-122/B.
