looking for ultrasound apparatus

I'm looking for an ultrasound apparatus that is capable of making lanosterol soluble in water or possibly making a solution of lanosterol in oil soluble in water.

Help appreciated.

So effectively you seek to create an emulsion or dispersion of the respective compounds in water with the help of ultrasonic vibrations.
An ultrasonic horn type device (sonicator/homogenizer)) is usually employed for this purpose....it is far more effective at creating emulsification than just dunking a beaker with oil and water layer into an ultrasonic bath. The energy transfer from a vibrating horn is much more concentrated and powerful than the vague and faded reflections from a large bath.

E.g. something like this:

And yes....these be rather rich for a regular hobby enhusiast as far as price goes. Guaranteed to work though...
