I'm looking for reagent or even food grade succinic acid in Canada. Seems like the U.S. and Canadian retail markets are dry. There are supplemental
forms available but they are in capsules and tablets that are mixed with bulking agents like microcrystalline cellulose or other nutriceuticals, which
makes them impractical for my uses.
I could theoretically synthesize it myself but I don't have the necessary apparatus to attain high grade purity.
Any ideas?

Is eBay not a useful source? Isn't potassium succinate a homebrew or wine byproduct?
