Funny that they do not warn for the real hazards (caustic / corrosive). I don't think such suppliers are very reliable.

Purity data on potassium hydroxide often excludes water.
For instance Sigma Aldrich list semi conductor grade potassium hydroxide as 99.99% but the small print reveals that it contains ca 15% water. http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/ProductDetail.do?lang=en...
