Yesterday, as usual, I did the synthesis of hmtd via hcl. But this time was something different. The solution began to cook after 15 minutes. Stood in
the ice as usual. Then I threw them quickly into a water bucket. To avoid worse. Can anyone try to explain what happened there? The same hcl I used
again today without problems as usual.
Chems i used : 3grams of Hexamine
26ml of 20% H2o2 (original is 13ml of 35%)
But i like more Liquid.
3.75ml of hcl 33%
For clean 1000ml destil.Water and 300ml Ethanol
