I can't believe that Dibromopropyl ether is the correct name for that compound .

Looking it up on a nicas registry from the CAS number it seems to start with:

Benzene, 1,1'-(1-methylethylidene)bis[3,5-dibromo-4-(2,3-dibromopropoxy)-

which seems much more likely.

Its not but it is the name used by the ad on ebay so you need to use it to find the ad. I added the formula and a structure so it was clear what the compound was or perhaps more accurately what it is supposed to be.

I did forgot to add the CAS # its 21850-44-2

PubChem calls it 2,2-Bis[3,5-dibromo-4-(2,3-dibromopropoxy)phenyl]propane

and list synonyms as

2,2-Bis[3,5-dibromo-4-(2,3-dibromopropoxy)phenyl]propane
