Hi All,
I have been experimenting with making carbon quantum dots via low temp methods https://www.sciencemadness.org/whisper/viewthread.php?tid=15... and was wondering if anyone had any idea why i am struggling to produce blue as it
seems to be the most prevalent, so far i have made green and more green with one yellow/brown batch. So far i have used between 0.7 to 1.5g of
sucrose and added varying amounts of NaOH and HCl to make basic and acidic. https://www.nature.com/articles/srep01473.pdf paper inspiration followed the blue but made green
