I have large quantity of silica (60g F254 for TLC) (i.e with binder and fluorescent substance )and want to use it to carry out dry column flash
chromatography .
Simply I want to know how to get rid of the binder and F substance......and what is the effect of them if left
I know that it is advisable to buy H type and leave this for TLC but I want to use this silica for that purpose
Help me
