Hi All
I'm having a bit of a clear out, and i suspect a few people here will be interested in some of the chemicals/equipment. We're not talking industrial quantities but more than enough for most home chemists.
Theirs numerous organic solvents such as carbon tet, carbon disulphide, nitromethane plus lots of more common ones. Various acids nitric, sulphuric, picric, perchloric, phosphoric and hydrochloric in various molar concentrations. Theirs some alkaline metals, white and red phosphorous. A vast amount of powdered metals and oxidisers. Plus loads of the more common lab reagents.
Theirs also a fairly large amount of miscellaneous glassware a hotplate stirrer (triple) glass tubing etc etc
Theirs NO quick-fit a tall.

If ya interested PM me i will take some photos when i've had a it of a tidy up.

In response to a u2u.
The hot plate stirrer although scruffy works fine, except the magnet on the right hand motor will need to be realigned as it catches the edge of the hot plate. To fix this i think the motor will have to be removed (to avoid bending the shaft) not a difficult job. Parts are available as is a manual i have a downloaded copy some where.

As for price, basically, as for all items i'm open to offers.

Postage/shipping will depend on your location and packing required, but i'd rather collection.

Did you say picric acid, isn't that an unstable explosive? That might be a liability.

It's fairly safe if it's kept under water, and this one is in solution.
