I had no issues ordering from the old owner. My distillation kits came quickly. But the new owner wont even return an email. Is anyone else waiting on
orders??? their terms state:

This is the only company that I've ever communicated with where their emails ended up in spam (I use Gmail). That doesn't explain the delay in getting
your item though.
I had a separate issue with them when a non-glassware purchase came directly from China when ordering through this company, this may or may not be an
