if you have any gold salt synthesis pls. post it...or any other precious metal salt.....

The dissolution of gold and palladium in aqua regia is well known. Platinum also dissolves. All of these form precious metal compounds, although I am not sure whether they are known as salts.

silver nitrate is simply made by dissolving silver in nitric acid. sterling in nitric acid will make a contaminated silver nitrate solution that can be turned into silver chloride by adding table salt to it. or use a pure silver nitrate solution if you have pure silver.electrolyzing gold in potassium cyanate will make a gold solution but i've never went as far as evaporating the solution to see what the salt will look like. if you evaporate gold chloride it will turn syrupy and i dont see why it wouldnt make a salt if further dried.to make the cyanate or cyanide synthesis go to the preparation of cyanide thread. that is as preciously as i've gone. i've never even touched platinum.
