Son of A...

I walked back into the lab today to check on something and discovered... well, not discovered something but rather the lack of something....

Some waste of fucking carbon done stole my HGS 4000 stereochemical modeling kit... What kind of twisted person does such a thing?

Couldn't they have just taken my wallet?

Endimion17 - 2-10-2011 at 07:29

... a playful thief?
... knowledge-seeking thief?
... a colleague with a grudge?

There, there...

lol.. no offence but thats kinda funny

ScienceHideout - 2-10-2011 at 14:41

It could've been worse- He could've stole all your reagents and used them to kill everyone in the world... but still- that's too bad about your models. Pray to St Albert and St Anthony (The patrons of chemistry and lost things) and maybe the thief would come back and bring the models. :(

Still, my condolences (sp?) go to you and your lab. If only their was home-chem insurence...

BTW: maybe you should invest in a cheaper model kit... I have the HST deluxe molecule model set- I LOVE IT! The only problem is that there is no sulphur with 6 valences ... :(

Could be he/she/it/they just borrowed it.
Why don't you pray about it maybe allah in her great mercy will have it sent back to you

Stick a note up saying it's radioactive and will make their balls drop off, and needs to be urgently returned before the CIA arrive.

MeSynth - 3-10-2011 at 22:01

The theif will most likely strike again!! Place another similar item out for stealing and catch him in the act. Have a beaker of 300 degree sulfuric acid in hand.... ROFL

This should do it.

Make some balls that will detonate, releasing hard to wash paint. :)

Vaporize MnO2- He would look like he survived an atomic bomb.

bob800 - 4-10-2011 at 13:41

Or, coat your kit pieces with some tellurium for Eternal Garlic Odors :D.
