Mechanical hydrolysis of water/oil mix via centripetal action

I have made a device which develops multiple miniature cyclones rotating at extreme high velocity in water. I made this device to test a theory. If a mixture of hot water and oil such as olive oil is circulated through this device will it result in any hydrolysis of the oil to form free fatty acids in the same way steam hydrolysis will.

How can I test if the resulting mixture has undergone any breakdown??
