I have drawn a structure in ChemDraw in .cdx format, then converted into pdb using Chem3D but when I minimize it, It is giving error messages such as
"no atom types defined for H", Can anyone tell why is this so? I have checked the structure, all valencies are satisfied and the bonds are correct.
please someone help
