Cenco and Wards prepared microscope slides

Mailinmypocket - 15-11-2012 at 13:03

I recently received a lot of prepared microscope slides, professionally made by Cenco and Wards. I have about 200 of them but there are many duplicates of most of them. I just thought I would offer them here (even though it isnt really chemistry related) since somebody might enjoy them.

They are 1$ each, and postage would be regular lettermail, cheapest option possible unless you want otherwise.

This is almost a complete list but I am still going through them:

Muscle; smooth, striated and cardiac
Acer leaf
Striated muscle, teased
Involuntary muscle, both human and animal, cs&ls
Cardiac muscle
Allium root tips
Drosophila chromosomes, squashed
Lilium ovaries
Involuntary heart muscle
Salamander tail mitosis
Chick embryo, 13-16 hr

A few others and one or two variations of some of the above listed.

Picture gives an idea of the slides...

Good lord! Nobody wants them some slides? Crap- should have posted this in the bio section of SciMad.

Anyways, I'd even send these @ 2 for 1$ plus whatever lettermail is. They're nice and it feels dumb to have ten of each specimen :(

I know this is a bit late but are these still available?
