phosphorylating reagents

hello,everyone!
recently something disturbed me. i need to do some work on phosphoylation of phenols.some literatures aout the phosphoryl derivatives have been searched, the results disappointed me, some good phosphorylating reagents, like dibenzyl phosphite, are very expensive.some people used POCl3 as such reagent in earlier time, though it is easily accessible, generally is not promising in phosphorylating hydroxy group.
does anyone do some analogus research in phosphorylating hydroxy group of phenols,if do, i expect to receive some ideas from you.
thaks~~~~~!!!!:P
