Why is there no such compound as H3NO4 ?

Of other two group 15 nonmetal elements the main oxoacids are:

Phosphoric Acid: H3PO4
Arsenic Acid: H3AsO4

but no nitric acid with the formula H3NO4 ?
Why does that compound not exist ?
