an old idea

I was reading through olde threads and came across a few interesting ideas.
Nitrogen Multi-halides like NF2Br or that sort of thing.
"Conglomeric acids" X2NCOOH where X is a halogen.

What are some possible pathways to these substances? For nitrogen multi-halides, mixing stoichiometrical amounts of NaBr with NF3 for example. This class of substances could be more stable? than regular nitrogen halides, and also some interesting properties.

I've no idea for X2NCOOH though...

PS: Pathway to fluorine gas?
NH4F(HF) solution electrolised. NF3 (?) gas produced and decomposed into fluorine and nitrogen. Possible?
