The first one is just a basic Acid-base reaction.

Anthranilic acid has an amine group which can be a base and accept protons(H+) from acids.

Anthranilic acid as a carboxyl group, which means it can form esters with alcohols in acidic conditions.

Can it protonate itself and condense as a polymer, perhaps due to H2SO4?

I suppose para would be better than ortho for that, but still...

Honestly, these homework problems are just simple neutralization problems. You should read your organic chemistry textbook in order to do these questions.

The base will deprotonate the most acidic proton.

The acids will protonate the most basic moiety.

I'm sure you can figure it out from there.
