I need help there are way too many condensers to choose from(sizes) I want to know the best length for general distillation because they come in sizes ranging from 150mms to 500mms
Please tell what is the best size too get

A good general purpose condenser is the Liebig or West condenser. For a 19/22 taper I use a 200mm condenser. What is your glass taper size?

I generally like the 24/40 tapered size ground glass joint

Others can likely tell you a good general purpose length for that taper.

300 mm is a good length for a 24/40 Liebig. I have one and it's great for most purposes. That's what I'd recommend.
I also have a 200 mm one, but it doesn't work quite as well.

I will agree that 300 mm (~12") is a good length. Too long is easy to break and hard to use, too short is not much use, except for high boiling liquids. A Liebig or West (a little narrower) condenser will work for nearly everything. But 200 - 250mm will also work for many uses.
