Hi all, could this be converted to the Nitro derivative, and if so, could it be a feasible explosive?

The fact it's a nitrosoamine makes me a little worried about playing with it in an amateur setting, cancer is not something I'd risk for the sake of bang curiosity.

The prior compound also goes by the name of R-salt and this transformation has probably been discussed to death in the Energetics subforum.

Furthermore, the oxidized compound is RDX, a widely used high explosive, whose direct synthesis has also been discussed to death in the Energetics subforum.
