I was just wondering if anyone had made gum from storax or more commonly liquidamber? I'm going to go for a walk around the neighbourhood injuring
the ones I can find and then come back a few days later to harvest the gum

The same goes for birch trees. Has anyone distilled them to get the product

I haven't but I would like to. I see that this post is rather old and if you did do this I'd love to know the results that came with it.
