can someone tell me what is the products of this reaction would it be sodium chlorosulfonate and also if you react sulfur dioxide with sodium chloride would you form sodium chlorosulfite

Sulphur dioxide and sodium hypochlorite (in the usual basic environment) would give sodium chloride and sodium sulphate.

Yup, a lot less interesting than you may have wanted to hear. Chlorosulfonic acid and its salts can't be generated in solution, anyway.
