What kind of alcohol? If it's EtOH, you can dehydrate itself. And what is amine water?

Dehydrated alcohol in the liquer store
hydrochloric acid in the pool store
and Amine water..... hmmmm , I suppose ammonia water from the supermarket will qualify for that
