NaCLO3 + KOH --> NaOH + KCLO3
I tried with kno3 with no success so i was thinking if KOH will work as long as it is more soluble than kno3

I don't see a reason why it would not work with KOH, imho with enough concentrated solution it should work but let's wait for more experienced
chemists.
