Looks like a usual polyurethane to me

In my country you can buy such a sticky foam (which looks and sticks exactly like the foam in the video) in bottles ready for use in hardware stores,
though with less pressure 
It has a very low density and is stickier than most
glues, almost impossible to remove from skin, clothes etc.. After a few hours it hardens to a slightly fragile hard sponge which is great for thermal
insulation
Though I don't know which PU it is

The squirt cans of foam are based on methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.
That's a bit toxic, but I guess that if the alternative is a bullet...
