other country.

You may be right, Sulaiman. But this is more of a request for help finding relevant literature. The OP does not show a disinclination to do his/her
own work.
I take it from the lack of responses in the first several hours that this is not a field that a lot of people have intimate knowledge of. This
request would be more suited to the References forum except that, as a new member, the OP does not have access.
It would be nice if someone with relevant information would share it.
