3-pyrrolidone?

Isn't the usual NMP the 2-keto form? is there a way to enolize/oxidize it to 3-keto? or is there another way to procure it?

NMP is not a keto form of anything since it is an amide. There is no simple way to turn it to pyrrolidin-3-one.

Edit:
Preparation of 3-Pyrrolidone and 4-Perhydroazepinone.
