After much discussion with my co-administrator, the FTP will have text file, filelist.txt, in the
root folder of the FTP. The list was generated with DOS's directory command. The '/s'
switch is used to go through the subfolders. The new format of DIR is a pain in the ass !
It lists the date 1st although the order is subfolder / filename. We want to do this at
least once a week.
