I know that there are some reports of boron doped on carbon nanotube,
but I want boron doped on actived carbon or mesoporous carbon, will that be feasible? or are there any reports about that?
any suggestions are welcome!

That would result in an electron-deficient graphite-like structure, if the B is actually replacing some of the C atoms. I doubt it would have any
practical use. However, B-doped diamond and N-doped diamond have, as yet experimental, uses in electronics as low-conducting positive- and
negative-type respectively (and expensive) semiconductors. They require voltage differences about 5 times that for doped-Si semiconductors, and many
more times the voltage difference required for doped-Ge or GaAs semiconductors.
