It's a meaningless question. ACS reagent chemicals are manufactured to standards published by ACS, while the meaning of "reagent grade" can vary from
one manufacturer to another, there being no agreed upon meaning for the term.
You can easily find what ACS means by ACS reagent trichloroacetic acid by looking in nAldrich's catalog,
Then you can look at the catalogs of various major chemical manufacturers and see what % purity they state for reagent grade or similar terminology
for same compound.
Most of them will have such information online.
ACS reagents often are defined as to what limits of specific impurities are tolerated. Usually that is not the case with "lab grade", "AR grade" or
"for synthesis" or "purum" etc. A %age may be stated, but impurities not usually enurated much less quantified.

I think your question about trichloracetic acid is better approached from what is the intended use and what impurities the manufacturers list for
various offerings.
