will the former replace the latter in the alkamination of an alpha haloalkanophenone

the hydroxyl on the nitrogen of course

i dont see what is confusing about this question

can n-hydroxylmethylamine replace methylamine in the alkamination of of an alpha-haloalkanophenone

oh and is the product stable
