Hi. I was wondering if anyone has some tips about what is a decent piece of software for ms fragmentation prediction.
I am aware of highchem's mass frontier but its way too expensive, and sadly I have the acd labs package which doesnt include their ms fragmenter
though I am informed it is quite good.
any tips, links or other pointers will be gratefully appreciated.
