i have capabilitys for doing three dimensional modeling on my computer and have become quite efficient at it. if someone like polverone wants me to make some 3d chemical models for his site i can post some as downloadable files. just give me the specifications you like.

I don't actually want to disapoint you, but most of the chem program do it. They calc the angle between each atom and all, look for ACDLabs.

Actually i found the idea pretty cool if you want to do artistic like molecule :)

Check my website.

They're crappy JPEGs, but Chem3D ultra which I'm using now makes much better ones. I'll updat my site if I ever find time.
