Hydrogen Peroxide - Ethanol Binary

Recently i saw a video of a powerful binary composed of 75% H2O2 and 95% EtOH in ratio 85:15. I spoke with the one who made it and seems relatively safe.
In my ears 75% Hydrogen Peroxide sounds very dangerous. Any opinions on that?

There is another thread on this subject at the moment.

Consensus is that high conc H2O2 is hazardous and unpredictable.

Didn't the germans develop a rocket engine during WWII that was powered by a mix of alcohol and high concentration hydrogen peroxide? I remember a video clip showing the components underwent spontaneous ignition upon contact....

Exact science is a figment of imagination.......

Thanks for the answers. I got some patents on my hands to make more stable explosives with it but it looks like i will stay away from Hydrogen Peroxide. At least for now
