Chlorate using silver oxide?

The transmission of chlorine through a suspension of silver oxide (I) make silver chlorate and hydrochloric acid so if there's any silver chloride it'll precipitate and can be filtered and converted back to silver oxide using uv? Or calcium hydroxide? Adding sodium chloride to silver chlorate solution with make silver chloride again
Any thoughts??

Interesting process silver oxide is converted to silver chlorate and silver chloride if sodium hydroxide is added silver chloride is converted to silver oxide then process repeated till more silver chlorate is made the only problem is removing the sodium chloride.
