brittle aluminum alloys for powdering (open for ideas)

1:1 Mg:Al alloy aka magnalium 50 is brittle and Ga can make Al brittle over time but is there like 90% or higher Al alloys that are brittle so it can made in to fine powder using a ball mill faster. some times I can find Al metal swarf that are kind of brittle but not always. so I'm thinking making a very brittle alloy and crushing it then ball milling. magnalium 50 is out because it is very dangerous to ball mill and gallium is expensive and harder to get home delivered . So can anyone help me on this endeavor please.

thank you.
