Is there an obliging chemist on this list with laboratory facilities to hand?
I want to know whether or not a thermometer will show a rise in temperature when withdrawn from conc. sulphuric acid and held in the atmosphere
(humid)? I'm sure we all understand the theory but does it actually happen?
