i have tried to search it on internet and saldter in the library,but no result is acqu ired.anyone can give me a help!

Perhaps you need to look it up under its proper name, methyldiethoxyphosphine. BTW Like PH3 and other organic-substituted P(III) derivatives of phosphine, and the corresponding As and Sb compounds, it is likely to be highly poisonous, especially by inhalation of the vapor.
