Seeking information about Vanillyl octyl thiourea

I heard about this chemical, Vanillyl octyl thiourea, and all I know is its supposed to be about 5 times stronger then CS tear agents. I searched rougesci and google with nothing. Can you people with Merck and the like help me out?

I also saw this compound mentioned by Mr. Schwartz in sci.chem. To find out more about it, maybe replace the terms in that molecule with the systematic names (i.e. thiourea=thiocarbamide; vanillyl= 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl). The trick is finding which way those components are bound. I found a bit of information on google by doing this. Some refs to vanilloid receptor agonists and therefore very powerful analgesics came up.
Whenever you hit a roadblock in chemical research, always think of ways to move/change the constituants.
