Odd one out
The random multi-account personality is getting a bit boring, and far too easy to spot, generally on the First post.

I urge the originator of the pointless Other personalities/accounts to speak to us as Yourself, which is likely a FAR more interesting personality
than the pointless invented ones.
If it's the same person as the lg2 character, what passed is past : personally i hold no grudge nor desire to reclaim any $, at all.
(i liked the lg2 character up to the point where the imagination went way over the top)
It would be great to see less pointless shitty posts on SM and more actual Chemistry, or even attempts at doing some.

Yeah, I don't know how many sock puppets we are seeing at the moment. I suspect there are a few. But I doubt that they an be as positively
identified as you claim.
I don't think there is much to be done.
One good tactic is, don't feed the trolls and report anything suspicious.
OTOH, your characterisation is hilarious.

Rosco tends not to crazy without blogfast retorting, so it is a bit of a mystery why Rosco's last post was trashed so fast, i.e. before bloggers got a
chance to reply.
Tennis is much more fun to watch when there are two players

I had in fact vowed not to respond to R., so no harm done as far as I'm concerned.
This endless regurgitating of kvetching about a old policy being finally enforced has to stop, because boooooooooring!

The main thing that has to stop is the endless Words.
Hopefully the forum will return to a state where people who Do some actual amateur Chemistry post their experiments, findings, maybe discuss the
results, possibly with photographs.
Currently the doing-to-words ratio is desperately low, and has been for a while.
In an high-actual-Chemistry environment, a few % of random bolitics is acceptable.
When the bolitics became more talked about than actual Chemistry, i can see how that became an annoyance to some.

I would say the number of sockpuppets is much lower than aga seems to think.
Kewls and other idiots are far more common than aga seems to think.
Agas list certainly describes good ways to identify kewls and idiots but
that doesn't make them sockpuppets. Sometimes it is even possible to
domesticate idiots. A little education can go a long way
Now everyone back to the scheduled chemistry.
