I've been buying from ColePalmer for several years. They haven't given me any grief whatsoever. But, I didn't start by asking them if they sell to amatur hobbyist home chemists. Register a small business and obtain a tax ID. As long as your are not attempting to purchase a restricted chemical they are not going to do much in the way of inquiry.

I've heard that many will refuse to ship to address that is zoned as residential.
