Reaction of Acetone with nitrogen dioxide?

I'm looking for any references for this reaction. I found one reference that reacted acetone with fuming nitric acid, but am really looking for one that reacts acetone with NO2/N2O4 gas.

Thanks.

Mike

US 4517393 details making nitroparaffins by elevated temperature vapor phase reaction between a ketone and NO2. I don't know what a reaction at regular temperatures would get.
