Can you help me synthesize romazicon

Hi, I am interested in the synthesis of romazicon but I don't know the methods to create it. I have a "plan" attached below but I don't know the stoichiometry can u help

too close to a drug synth, too little information. You wont get much help here unless you can prove that you're not a cook

Interesting...It causes immediate detox from benzodiazepines in a manner similar to naloxone (wrt. opiates). It has a shorter half life than many other benzodiazepines, and may require further administration depending on the nature of the overdose (with what and how much). Administration can actually cause withdrawal (seizures an all) in dependent patients.

That said, it's Tet. lett. so YMMV, and I can't get it for you, but this looked promising:

Unless you have a very well-equipped laboratory, like professional quality, you're not going to make any flumazenil. The molecule is simply too complicated. The fact that you're asking for help with stoichiometry shows that you lack the necessary experience.

You could make fluorothyl, though, if your goal is to make a dangerous convulsant (?).

If you give this to a dependent person they will actually die. Opiate withdrawal is not deadly in any extent. GABA receptor agonist withdrawal is already deadly with just the withdrawal of the agonist. I don't see why an antogonist would be helpful in any case as benzodiazepines have a very wide therapeutic window. As long as the patient doesn't choke on it's tongue they will be fine in time.

edit: I don't understand jack shit of your "reference"..

jmister28, this is only a marginal improvement over your last thread which got sent to detritus. https://www.sciencemadness.org/whisper/viewthread.php?tid=11...

You are suggesting synthesis of complex pharmaceutical compounds. You apparently do not have access to the kind of sophisticated lab equipment that would be necessary for such a synth. You have not indicated any legitimate purpose for your target compound. Your targets have known risks. You have sketched some ideas of intermediates and you want someone else to come up with reaction mechanisms and procedures.

This is nothing other than spoonfeeding. We don't do that here.

You need to come up with a good reason for this to not be sent to detritus
