sulfur solubilities tables?

hello,

I am in trouble finding quantitative sulfur solubilities (other than 'slightly soluble' or 'soluble'), and also there does seem to exist no data about solubilities in more uncommon solvents or 'exotic' compounds, which I am sure there should be awareness of.

already checked CRC handbook

anyone can help? thank you very much

The International Critical Tables may have such solubility data. There are downloads of then available from time to time - search on Google. This search string, which gives 479 results, should bring up something:
"International Critical Tables" ISO OR PDF OR RAR OR ZIP rapidshare OR mihd OR mediafire OR megaupload OR ifile OR torrent

That's a useful handbook. Sulfur solubilities on pgs. 327-328.

Sulfur is significantly soluble in olive oil and more so when heated (obviously). I think there is a thread around here somewhere. From my experience only flowers of sulfur is soluble.

Here is a complete download of Seidell's compilation, the copyright of which has long since expired:

http://rs4l33.rapidshare.com/files/12689034/SolubilitiesOfIn... 57.76 Mb - A Seidell (1917)

I will be posting further about the International Critical Tables (1930) in the References section.
