Derivatization Agent Info and Experience

I'm currently working on a small projet, which require me to do GC/MS analysis on a series of synthethized C19-C21 steroids. I'm currently looking for some info on derivatization agent.

Currently what I have in mind is PFB-oxime (Pentafluorobenzyl oxime) for the carbonyl group, i'm thinking of Pyridine (?) as solvent though I can't get much first hand info on this one

For the hydroxyl group i'll head toward BSTFA (Bis(Trimethylsilyl)-Trifluoroacetamide) in Hexane, which I already did before

Everything in a strictly anhydrous domain.

I'm wondering if any of you have anything better to suggest, or have any experience with these product. Some info that I should know, or derivatization agent that I might not have though of.

Any help is appreciated.
Once this project will be finished I plan to post the result, synthesis, extraction and analysis details around here if anyone interested.
